This site is owned and operated by PPT Group UK Ltd, trading as James Heal.
Orders are fulfilled directly in the USA by PPT Group Corporation, trading as James Heal.
Orders for the United Kingdom
James Heal use TNT Express for standard delivery of all orders through the James Heal online shop.
Orders are processed and collected on the same day where possible and UK mainland delivery will be within 2-3 working days.
Product prices exclude VAT (20%) and delivery charges (£5.69/16 KG, exc VAT) where applicable. VAT and delivery is calculated for your order and can be reviewed before payment during checkout.

Orders for the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico
James Heal use UPS Ground for standard delivery of all orders through the James Heal online store.
Orders are processed and collected on the same day where possible and US mainland delivery is within 2-5 working days.
Product prices exclude local sales taxes and delivery charges where applicable. Sales tax and delivery is calculated for your order and can be reviewed before payment during checkout.
